Mankind Pharma Acquires Bharat Serums and Vaccines for $1.64B
Shots:
- Mankind Pharma has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% shares of Bharat Serums and Vaccines (BSV) for $1.64B (INR 13,630 Cr)
- The acquisition will add BSV’s approved women's health assets, Assisted Reproductive Therapy (ART) assets & critical care assets to Mankind’s portfolio
- In addition, Mankind also strengthened its portfolio by getting access to BSV’s other high-entry barrier products in critical care with established complex R&D tech platforms
